By accessing or using the De'Aura website (deaura.ae), browsing products, placing an order, or using our rental services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

If you are purchasing or renting on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices on deaura.ae are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice
• Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid
• Product images are for illustration purposes — minor variations in colour or appearance may occur
• Product specifications, dimensions, and technical details are provided by manufacturers and may be subject to change
• We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate, but we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free
• In the case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
• Stock availability is not guaranteed — if an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly

Orders & Payment

When you place an order on deaura.ae, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from De'Aura.

• We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout (credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery where available)
• Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched, unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing
• We use a secure payment gateway — De'Aura does not store your full card details
• For bulk or corporate orders, please contact us directly at sales@deaura.ae for a custom quote
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud
• VAT receipts and invoices are available on request

Delivery & Shipping

De'Aura delivers across all 7 UAE emirates. Delivery timelines and charges vary depending on your location, order size, and product type.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed — they are subject to stock availability and logistics
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown before you complete your order
• Large or industrial equipment may require scheduled delivery and installation — our team will contact you to arrange this
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the specified address
• If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact you — uncollected orders may incur re-delivery charges
• De'Aura is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control

Rental Terms

De'Aura offers short-term and long-term rental of cooling equipment including air coolers, portable AC units, and dehumidifiers. The following terms apply to all rental agreements:

• A rental agreement must be signed before equipment is delivered
• A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon safe return of the equipment in good condition
• The rental period begins on the agreed delivery date and ends on the agreed return date
• The renter is responsible for the equipment during the rental period — any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted
• Damage beyond normal wear will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately
• Early returns do not entitle the renter to a refund of unused rental days unless agreed in writing
• Extensions to the rental period must be requested and agreed in advance
• De'Aura reserves the right to collect equipment immediately in case of non-payment or breach of the rental agreement

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is as follows:

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• To initiate a return, contact us at sales@deaura.ae with your order number and reason for return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly sent
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method
• Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return
• Custom orders and specially sourced items are non-refundable
• Clearance and sale items are sold as-is and are non-returnable unless faulty

Warranty

All De'Aura products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods and terms vary by product and brand.

• Warranty details for each product are listed on the product page or provided with the product documentation
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, power surges, or unauthorised modifications
• Warranty claims must be reported to De'Aura within the warranty period — contact sales@deaura.ae with your order number and a description of the issue
• De'Aura will facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf
• We do not offer extended warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, De'Aura's liability in connection with any product, order, or service is limited to the purchase price paid for that product or service.

• De'Aura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use our products or website
• We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions
• De'Aura does not guarantee that the website will be available at all times without interruption or errors
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from deaura.ae

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Intellectual Property

All content on deaura.ae — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and website design — is the property of De'Aura UAE or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from deaura.ae for commercial purposes without written permission from De'Aura
• You may share links to our pages and products for personal, non-commercial use
• The De'Aura name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of De'Aura UAE
• Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of deaura.ae shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
